Shipping

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order ships (via email address provided at checkout). Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. If you have not received a verification email, please check your spam/junk folder and add info@bellahijabs.com to your safe senders list. We ship to all countries.

US Shipping
First Class Mail USPS
  • We ship to all 50 United States, the U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes. The U.S. territories include: American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
  • Standard shipping usually arrives within 2-8 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 days handling time.
  • Standard delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes addresses usually arrive within 5-13 business days from the shipped date.
Priority Mail USPS 
  • Priority Mail shipping orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipped date. Please allow 1-2 days handing time.
Priority Express USPS
  • Orders placed before 11:00 AM EST, Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM EST Monday-Friday will be shipped the following business day. Your package will arrive the next business day, from the date your package was shipped. 
International Shipping
USPS First-Class Package International
  • Using First Class Mail International, deliveries generally take between 7–21 days to arrive, although the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. Mail may travel to its destination by ground, air or a combination of both.
  • Customs duty rates may apply. Customer is responsible for possible fees. 
  • First‑Class Package International Service is the preferred method of delivery for international packages. We can deliver to most countries, but tracking is offered to a limited number of countries. 
      • Tracking is only available for the following destinations: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, and Switzerland.
      • Expected delivery time varies by destination. Please email us at info@bellahijabs.com for questions. 
    ​USPS Priority Mail International

    International orders typically take 8-10 business days to reach your country. Once your order has reached your country's postal service, then any holds put on by customs are beyond our control. Bella Hijabs is not responsible for customs, duties, or tax fees incurred on international deliveries. 

    Return Policy

    To be eligible for a return:

    Unused items in new condition must be returned within 14 days to receive a refund. An exchange or in-store credit is offered for products returned within 30 days of purchase. Opened, damaged, or used items may be denied a refund or exchange. Pre-ordered items may not be refunded or exchanged until you receive the item. 

    In order to return an item:
    1). Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
    2). If you require a return, send us an email at info@bellahijabs.com and provide a brief explanation as to why you would like to return or exchange your item. 
    3). Send your item(s) to:

     4). Once we receive your return item, we can process a refund (within 14 days) or exchange (within 30 days). 

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Exchanges/In-store Credit

    If you were unable to return an item within 14 days, you may still exchange your item or receive in-store credit. Unused items in new condition must be returned within 30 days in order to receive an exchange or in-store credit. 
    If you require an exchange or in-store credit, send us an email at info@bellahijabs.com and send your item to: 1209 S. High School Road Indianapolis Indiana USA 46241. The new item(s) will be shipped out to you as soon as your package is received. In-store credit will be offered as soon as your package is received. 

    In order to exchange an item or receive in-store credit:

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Late or missing refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@bellahijabs.com
